Are you wondering how to be a rocket scientist in 2016?  It’s time for us to enter a brand new year!  I hope you are ready for it.

What if you turned this dream into a goal?  A goal is just a dream with a deadline, after all.

And what if you turned this goal into a PROJECT?

Then–consider it a real project.  One that needs a scope, schedule, and budget.  One that needs a requirements analysis.  A risk analysis.  A stakeholder assessment.

These are several of the essential elements of formal Project Management.

These skills and tools have proven very effective for me in my career–and my personal life.
