This blog and website aren’t just about rocket science.  It’s also about learning by doing, plus sharing along the way.  That includes me!  I’m a firm believer in leading by example and walking the talk.

I discovered a small grammatical error (actually two) in the paperback version of the book “How To Be a Rocket Scientist.”  Here’s the plan and another incentive for anyone who wants to see if they can find them (or help me find more).

As soon as I receive another image file for the cover (major tip there), I am going to resubmit that file to CreateSpace.  When that happens the book goes offline briefly while it is in the review cycle.  That should (hopefully) be within 24 hours.  I’ve reset the countdown timer on this website to correspond to the time when the paperback will go offline for that review period.  So here’s the deal:

Order the paperback before the time goes to zero.  When it arrives to you, read it (hopefully with enjoyment).  If you find any typos and tell me about them, I’ll give you a free gift for thanks and appreciation.  It will be something related to aerospace, rocket science, innovation, or STEM education.  (If you tell me why you’re reading my blog I’ll try to tailor it for you.)

I’m not sure if I can also resubmit the file for the inside text.  So this may later become a standing offer.  Please stay tuned to this blog and we’ll have fun with this process together.
